There are some really good ones out there. I mean a couple of months ago I probably would never have watched it... but now I think its pretty cool... I mean I am from the generation where Pok+¬mon, Beyblade, Yugi Oh and all that **** defined my childhood.
I liked Darker the Black, Toradora, and to my eternal shame Sword Art Online.... but I think you are more into the thinking mans anime..... Death Note would be for you.... it was insanely epic to see the amazing betrayals!

I remember getting a GameBoy and trying so hard to beat the first gym leader and watching the show each morning before going to school. Fun times. Yeah back when the Gameboy was in black and white, and looked, and weighed as much as a brick.
Ah Link's Awakening DX..... ah Pok+¬mon.... that was such a long time ago.

I picked up a copy of Pok+¬mon Black a while ago actually - It seems so different now. On the topic of Pok+¬mon, ever played mystery dungeon? Very much a kid's game but I enjoyed it greatly.
No I never did. I only ever had Pok+¬mon Red, and Legend of the River King..... which at the time seemed like the worst game I had ever gotten.... I mean what kid wants a fishing game.... in hind sight it was the best RPG adventure I could have bought and a hidden gem.
